The terms for using this website and its forms. Hintglass and Instamaker have their own terms, linked below.
These terms are an agreement between you and NOW_JSS4S PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202420668K) whose registered office is at 100D Pasir Panjang Road, #05-03 Meissa, Singapore 118520. You can reach us at contact@nowjss4s.com. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use this website.
What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of nowjss4s.com, including its waitlist and contact forms. Hintglass and Instamaker are covered by their own terms, below, and these terms do not cover any other dealing with us.
Product terms
Hintglass and Instamaker each have their own terms, which govern that product and buying it, including billing, cancellation and refunds. Where a product’s terms differ from this page, the product’s terms apply to that product.
- Hintglass: the Hintglass terms, which cover cancellation and refunds, and the Hintglass privacy policy.
- Instamaker: the Instamaker Terms of Service, which include its refunds, cancellation and disputes policy, and the Instamaker Privacy Policy.
Provenlore is in development. It will have its own terms when it is offered.
Payments
When you buy Hintglass or Instamaker, Stripe processes the payment for us. Stripe handles your payment details; we do not store your card number. Billing, cancellation and refunds follow that product’s own terms, and questions about them go to the contact those terms give. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
Your personal data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including what you send through this website’s forms. The Hintglass and Instamaker privacy policies, linked above, cover those products.
Using this website and its forms
You can use this website to learn about us and our products, book a call, join a product waitlist or send us a message. When you do:
- give your own details, and only an email address you are allowed to use;
- do not send spam or harmful content, submit forms automatically or in bulk, or try to get around the spam protection;
- do not try to disrupt, overload or attack the website or the services behind it.
Joining a waitlist is free and buys nothing: we only email you about that product’s launch, as the form and our Privacy Policy say. Sending us a message does not by itself create an agreement between us. We may block abusive use of this website and delete form submissions that break these rules.
Intellectual property
This website and its content, including its text, design, images and logos, belong to us or our licensors. Using the website does not give you any ownership of it, or the right to copy or reuse its content beyond what the law allows. Open-source components, such as its fonts, are covered by their own licences.
Links to other sites
This website links to sites run by others, such as Calendly for booking a call. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your data. The Hintglass and Instamaker sites are ours and have their own terms, linked above.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, this website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties. We do not promise that it is complete, current, error-free or always available. What it says about a product is a summary; the product’s own terms are what apply when you buy it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, or for what third-party sites and services do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or affects any right you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post every change on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and the updated terms apply to your use of this website from then on. Changes to a product’s terms follow that product’s own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, including any right to bring a claim in its courts.
If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
